We made an offer on a house. It was low. You're suppose to start low, right?
The seller's counter offer was pretty much "the list price is the price of our house." So we went back with a slightly higher offer and again their response was "the list price is the price of our house."
So obviously they aren't interested in selling their house to us....although we're not sure they are all that interested in selling it to anyone.
Back to the search process....

hang in there! we thought we had found the perfect house for us THREE times before we really found our house...and, of course, it really was the perfect one for us. it was so hard to be patient, but it was worth it in the end. wishing you luck!
